Current performance (Left) and Best performance (Right). Videos can be locked at a keyframe and advanced together frame-by-frame, slow motion*2*4*8*16 or full speed.

Drawing Tools:

Lines, Shapes, Arrows, Circles, Curves, Text:
all can be used to assist coaching analysis. The drawings remain overlaid as the video advances allowing relative body motion to be observed. The lines, shapes and text can be saved with the video file and recalled at a later date.

Video Calibration:

Measure Distance:
Calibrate a video file and measure any distance using the line tool.
Coupled with the stopwatch feature this allows the measurement of Speed through gaining the Time & Distance data.

Keyframe Markers + Stopwatch:

Up to 8 keyframe markers can be set to allow specific frames to be conveniently interchanged in the main and best windows. This saves much time when analysing technique and is especially useful when using the Image Capture function.
The Stopwatch measures the time in-between selected markers.

Angles:

Allows the user to create an angle of reference on the screen. There are 3 angle options: Freehand, Angle to the Vertical and Angle to the Horizontal. You can display up to 10 angles in the data table, all of which can be saved with the video file and recalled at a later date.

Single Image Photo:

Take a photo; copy it to the clipboard or save it as a jpeg. Ideal for presentations or reports. Lines, angles and text are contained within the photo method as seen above.

Multiple Image Photo:

4, 6, 9, 12 and 18 Landscape or Portrait Image Photos. Take a photo; copy them to clipboard or save them as a jpeg. Ideal for presentations or reports, on screen or in print.

Video Blend:

Set the background of an individual frame and move the video on fading between both images. The intensity level of each image is varied with a scroll bar allowing small, intricate movements to be immediately noticed. xxxxxxxxx

Image Overlay:

Synchronise two videos together. Select an area in one video to cut out and place on the other. Set this area in the desired position and compare techniques. Used to highlight differences or similarities within the same discipline.

Video Flip:

The main video image can be reversed and played in a separate window. This is ideal for comparing videos filmed at different side on positions and for directly comparing the left and right handed / footed athlete.

Video Overlay:

Overlay two synchronised videos and blend both images together. The intensity level of each image is varied with a scroll bar allowing differences in technique to be immediately noticed. Ideal for comparing the differences within an individual's technique or comparing them to a best performance model.

Memo Pad & Audio Memo:

Memo Pad allows a coach, or athlete, to make written comments about a particular video file. These comments can be saved with the video file and recalled for later viewing in the FREE Quintic Player. An ideal coaching and record function.

Audio Memo enhances this feedback tool by enabling a user to record voice commentary onto any video file. Easy to use, this function requires a standard microphone plugged into the audio jack on a computer. All commentary is automatically saved with the video and played back within the FREE Quintic Player.

Quintic Instant Email:

Quintic Video Files are ideal for Internet & Email Communication. Quintic Instant Email can synchronise with Outlook Express or your SMTP server to allow you to send video files directly to your client's inbox. There are no additional charges for this service and the FREE Quintic Player is attached in every email.

Quintic Burn Function:

The Quintic Burn Function streamlines the process of putting video files onto a CD/DVD. CD/DVD's are an ideal format for sending client videos and this function helps you compile and burn a CD/DVD without having to use another application. Send videos to the CD/DVD drive during the analysis and burn them at the end.
