1-point 2D Manual Digitisation - Measure Velocities & Accelerations

• This module allows the user to digitise their own video images (2D).
• Create point trajectories of one specific marker.
• Manually track this marker through the stage or phase of interest.
• Calculate velocities and accelerations of linear motion for any choosen joint, limb or object.
• Results are displayed in an interactive graphical analysis window.
• Animation is overlaid onto the video.

Zoom Function & Data Output:

Essential for accurate digitisation and production of data, this function provides a zoom window where the video file is magnified. (Up to 10 x magnification).

All data produced in the Quintic Digitisation module can be exported to Microsoft Excel. One simple click away, this feature allows for further analysis of the raw data.

Quintic Single Capture :

• 50/60 frames per second (fps)
• The faster option is critical when analysing fast or complex movement.
• The example to the right shows the same video captured at both 25fps & 50fps.
• The video on the right has double the information and can therefore capture important information such as impact with the ball.
• Excellent file compression
• 5 seconds at 50 fps ~ 1MB
• Ideal file size for email, storage or website upload.
  

Quintic Series Capture:

• Capture, Save & Compress a series of videos.
• Create a specific client folder and video file name prior to recording.
• Easily Start & Stop recording.
• Save up to 10 videos in a row.
• Maximum Record Time 30 seconds per video ~ 50/60fps.
• Capture either live or from tape.
• 3-5 second video clip ~ 1 MB in size (50/60fps).

Quintic Dual Camera Capture:
• Record 50/60 frames per second LIVE video from 2 cameras (PAL/NTSC Mini DV Camcorders).
• Live Capture only.
• Maximum Record Time 60 seconds ~ 50/60fps.
• Synchronise both cameras through the Quintic capture module. Accurate to within ½ frame (10 ms).
• PCIA Firewire Card required (Image below)
• Edit, Trim & Adjust Filters for both videos.
• 3-5 second video clip ~ 1 MB in size (50/60fps).
